Product description
The line uses PLC and touch screen for control system, to achieve synchronous operation for the whole machine and automatic tracking and alignment function for double-side color film. double-sided BOPP color-film laminated woven sacks.
1.Automatic Camera Alignment,Vision-Guided System: The machine is equipped with high-resolution cameras and advanced image processing software to detect and align patterns, logos, or print marks in real-time.
Dynamic Correction: The system continuously monitors the fabric or bag position and makes micro-adjustments to ensure perfect alignment during high-speed production.
2. Automatic Edge Cutting, High-speed servo motors control the cutting blades, ensuring clean and straight edges without fraying.
Waste Removal System: Integrated suction or conveyor systems automatically remove trimmed edges, keeping the production area clean.
3. Automatic Bag Receiving, Handles high volumes of bags quickly and accurately, improving overall production throughput.
4. Automatic Fabric Roll Change, The machine splices the end of the expiring roll to the start of the new roll without stopping production, ensuring continuous operation. Advanced tension control systems maintain consistent fabric tension during the roll change process, preventing wrinkles or breaks.
