Applied for both functions:
1. Liner can be fully sewn with PP Woven Bag.The machine is capable of seamlessly sewing the liner into the PP woven bag, ensuring a secure and durable bond. This is particularly useful for applications where the liner needs to be firmly attached to the bag, such as in the packaging of bulk materials like grains, fertilizers, or chemicals. The fully sewn liner provides an added layer of protection, preventing leaks and ensuring the integrity of the contents.
2. Liner also can be not sewn / loose inside PP Woven Bag.Alternatively, the machine can also process bags where the liner is not sewn but remains loose inside the PP woven bag. This option is ideal for applications where the liner may need to be removed or replaced, offering flexibility in use. The loose liner can be easily inserted and removed, making it suitable for industries that require reusable or interchangeable liners.
Without inserting liner, the machine can process for normal Cutting-Sewing function.In addition to its liner handling capabilities, the machine can also operate in a standard cutting-sewing mode when liner insertion is not required.
